Weather radar images are from the Icelandic Meteorological Officeβs weather radars. One is located next to the airport at KeflavΓk and the other at Teigsbjarg in the East. On the combined images, the radar images are combined with a thermal image from the weather satellite Meteosat-9, which belongs to the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites EUMETSAT.
